"It was a great experience. Crystal at the front desk was absolutely incredible!!! I called the week before our visit and she assisted me. When we arrived she was working both Friday and Saturday and couldn’t be more of a help. Her excellent customer service should be rewarded!! I’m a customer service supervisor, for over 18 years at a national auto insurance company and if I could have 10 of her on my team I would love it!! Her dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets her apart. I can tell she really enjoys and cares about her work and I just want to thank her for going above and beyond!
