The hotel staff were amazing! There was a min up with my reservation but they accommodated me. Their warmth, help and kindness added so much to my stay in Bergen. They provided lots of advice. Only this is, shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided but I had my own.

Flaws in self check in concept resulting in me not receiving key safe codes by email, requiring telephone calls to help desk, who were quite helpful, also none operation of some room lights and sockets only remedied by housekeeping staff on second day

This accom is not staffed to check in (contrary to advertising) so when there are issues needing fixing after hours, there isn’t anyone to assist. Power tripped in our room several times using coffee machine and heater and was off all night. Great location, loved the heated floor.

Overall, a great stay! Self-check-in was easy once I got the code, and the staff at the sister hotel were super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minor thing is no on-site staff, but otherwise really good experience!

Convenient hotel to stay in. It is self check in. But all instructions are sent to you and are easy to follow. The lift was broken when we arrived but there was an employee stationed somewhere nearby to help with bags. Clean and quiet room.

Great location! Hidden gem in Bergen

Our family had a great stay at Magic Hotel Xhibition this summer. It was a great location, walking distance to everything in the City Center and conveniently located in the mall with a grocery store on the bottom floor. We were able to check in a few blocks away at the other Magic hotel and get the keys to our room. Signage inside the mall made it very easy to find our room. We were in a pinch to find a place to stay for one night in Bergen, and this ended up being a perfect option for us!
