“I was in the newer wing and had a beautiful view out my window. I stayed Thursday-Sunday and the noise was minimal. I believe my room must have been above the fitness area as I did hear gym sounds as I sat in my room. The room was quite spacious and I had all I needed for a pleasant stay. Although they don’t provide a breakfast, they do have a supplies for making coffee/tea, also with availability in lobby. Check-in/out was seamless. “We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. “The place was absolutely disgusting. There were a bunch of leftover hairs from some blonde lady nestled in all of the coffee ingredients stationed on the sink. I brought that up to the staff immediately, and it took three days to clean it. The shower hose was blowing water all over the bathroom and that took a couple of days to repair. Their breakfast was horrible and instead of bagels or muffins, they had leftover, stale hot dog buns for breakfast. I was there for a week-long training……
