“The room was exceptionally clean, which is always my number one priority, especially when it comes to the bed and bathroom. Everything was lovely and well maintained. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed the experience. The valet service was a great convenience, and the location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is very pretty, and the included continental breakfast is very good. Rooms are small, but that's typical for a boutique hotel. Parking is valet only and pretty expensive, but the valet folks are nice. The worst part of the hotel is the staff. Not warm. Not welcoming. Any questions to them felt like I was bothering them. The person handling the kitchen and breakfast wasn't warm either. I mean, the hotel is pricey... Crack a smile, maybe?”

“First the things we loved about the property. Our main reason for our stay was to move in our daughter to the college of Charleston and the location for this hotel was great! The staff was super friendly especially the valet workers. My husband has an obnoxiously large truck that they lovingly parked in a front spot because it wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. The lobby and center courtyard had so much southern charm! What we didn’t love about this is our room. Everything was super dated……

“The location was perfect. We had a corner room which was pretty spacious and the bed and bedsheets were super comfortable. The fruit water, tea, coffee, and snacks were so nice in the lobby. The area is very safe to walk around and very near to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. There is a parking lot onsite, which is also very nice. The parking costs $28/day. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The elevator was broken for entire stay. Occasionally one would work…when we arrived in room there was long black hair in the corner…the parking was 37.50 per day which was not disclosed in description of this hotel”
