“The property was close to the Ark. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Communication with the host was professional yet family like. Overall wonderful experience! ”

“This location is perfect for a vacation, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The Ark was 7 mins away, Creation Museum to the north about 43 mins away, about 35-45 mins away from horse venues towards Lexington, 1 hour away from Entertrainment Junction in Ohio, and many more places we could have gone too. “This unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen, with a full size washer and dryer. I had read about the frequent trains passing so I came prepared with earplugs, and it wasn't a problem. When our grandkids visited us there, they loved watching the trains. Main suggestion I would have for the owners is to replace the queen size mattress. Little too saggy in the middle. Overall I would recommend this unit, if you bring earplugs. : )”

“When my youngest was small he told his Pops his name was Farmer John and he farmed chickens down on the Strawberry River. (He was about 4 and had never been to or that we knew of even heard of the Strawberry River.). His Pops called him Farmer John a lot after that and my son still brings it up often. “We stayed for three nights and we were very comfortable. The apt is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower are great. The bed is outstanding! Perfect for two people, but not really suited for a family. To us, it was very cozy and felt like home. The kitchen met our needs, and has a fullsize frig and a microwave. Heads-up, no stove. Coffee is Keurig. The unit is also very quiet. Occasionally, a train rumbles past, but they are fast and short-lived and not too noisy. Very close to……

“This was a great location for visiting the Ark Encounter. Perfect size for our family of 4, giving each teen kid their own space. We’re used to one bathroom so that wasn’t a deal breaker, but it’s rather on the small side. We appreciated the text a couple hours before check in giving our access code, providing us with a point of contact for our stay.”
