“This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds are looked after with a real sense of care and pride. Breakfast was a highlight of the day! The outdoor pool area and various other seating areas around the hotel gave us many opportunities to relax and read. Although about a 30 min walk from the centre of Porto, there are many excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palacete……

“Excellent reasonably priced place to stay and walk around Porto. Close to major attractions and many dinning options in the area. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and spotless. The front desk staff were very friendly and Henrique gave us many tips to see in the area and where to eat which were helpful. Highly recommend this place. ”

“You can find very kind counter staff here. I booked the Hotel because Hotel.com recommended it. After I stayed in the Hotel, I know why it is highly evaluated. Its room is clean with post-modern style. Even more, we were served with wonderful breakfast. Although it is a little far from city center, its price is totally worthy. ”

“The place is very clean, quiet, nice staff and close to public transport. The only thing I did not like is the shower. It’s tiny! Specially compared to the size of the bathroom and bedroom. Not a lot of food/dining options within walking distance but has great public transport close by. ”

“The hotel is a very modern and open but needs doing something more such as simple as a map of the city. Although nothing nearby such as restaurant, super market since we tried to buy some fruits but no way could find. otherwise, the service is good especially Nicolas helps a lot.”

“Beautifully designed from the moment you walk up to the hotel, with attention to detail in every single room. Staff was helfpul and accomdating, especially because we had a 7am departure and breakfast wasn't until 8am - they gave us to-go breakfasts that we picked up on our way out. GORGEOUS place - including our bedroom, the breakfast area and the coffee area. ”
