Charming 4 bedroom plus loft / 2 bath home within one block of the beach.  Home has a great screened porch and open deck, central ac, Wifi, TV, and much more!  Optional access to Sea Colony indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and fitness centers for a rec. fee.  Great in- town location - walk to the beach and the boardwalk!  Off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles - no parking passes included as they have removed the street parking from Cedarwood Street.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have a wonderful week at Bethany Beach. Our family ranged in ages from 17 to 84 and we all enjoyed the time spent at this beach house. The 2 bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our more seasoned guests and the two bedrooms upstairs met the needs of our younger visitors. We had game time on the large table and loved the beach time too. The outdoor shower was such a welcome suprise. Just wish it had a couple hooks. The new kitchen is just right. The soft touch cabinets and drawers were a big suprise. All appliances were put to the test and functioned well. Washer and dryer worked great. The very short walk to the beach allowed us to come back for breakfast and lunch and then dinner and back again. We also walked to the boardwalk and enjoyed ice cream, a concert, and just some general people watching. The location is quiet and the house is very comfortable. Playing on staying again.
