Sea Colony

The community is fabulous it has everything you could want for a beach vacation. The house was in a perfect location. I will be returning to Sea Cilony next year for sure!

Delightful beach stay

Such a spacious, clean, comfortable home. Close to tram pick up and drop off points, the pools, and a bike ride away from the beach. We loved the screened in porch for breakfasts and late dinners.

Good location, very spacious, would benefit from some improvements

Our experience was generally positive and consistent w/ other reviewers. Positives are the location (close to Aquatics Center and Freeman Fitness Center), a spacious interior having nice arrangement of full bathrooms (3) and bedrooms (4), generally good condition/upkeep inside the unit, and of course the many attributes of Sea Colony itself. This unit could rate 5 stars IF: the exterior steps and landing received some repairs/reconditioning to ensure safe passage; the porch furniture upgraded to better quality and comfort; lighting improved in main floor open space (LR/DR) and some of the bedrooms; the wobbly bedframes upgraded; and the advertised "fully equipped" and "inspiring" kitchen actually had dishware, glassware, utensils (in sufficient number) plus some quality cookware so as to merit that distinction. FYI, due to the construction of this unit (similar to others having the lofted 4th BR), that upper bedroom can become noticeably warmer than any of the main floor rooms.

major issues

Never received instruction to get into the house When we call we were put on hold for 48 minutes - We had to call four numbers before we could find a qualified local persone... it took us 3 hours to get into the house We had to pick-up the keys and they gave us one key when we need two They only had on set of keys... We had to call to again when we realised the towels and sheets were not in the flat... VERY VERY BAD START
