“We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place……

“I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. It was very clean, literally spotless and also beautifully decorated, quality bed and bedding, everything was just so nice! We were so comfortable and I would highly recommend this property.”

“This was a top notch ski chalet. We joined two other families for a long weekend and everything was wonderful. Certainly provided all of the amenities needed: coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen and game room for kids. A lot of space to not feel like we were on top of each other. My only suggestion is to figure out the heating system in the basement. We could not figure out how to regulate it and ended up being quite cold or super hot. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Everything was beyond expectation from the amazing views of the mountain and river to the well stocked kitchen and spacious living areas. Extremely clean, and so nice to have all the necessities supplied like paper towels, dish machine soap, dish soap, liquid hand soap in every bathroom, shampoo,tissues, trash bags, plenty of towels and even beach towels for the amazing hot tub. “The house was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location. My husband and I brought our two dogs for a little vacation. We were greeted with dog treats, bowls for food and water, personalized Good Friday Chalet stickers, and a cute sign with my name on it. Although we went in the spring, the house would also be great for one of our ski trips in the winter. There was plenty of space and two large common areas, so it would fit a group of friends comfortably. I grew up in Northern New Hampshire,……

“We were 4 families staying at this beautiful home for our annual ski trip. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home felt like a perfect size for us (4 couples, 3 small kids). Everything was clean. Easy entrance. Clear rules for exit. About a 4 minute drive to Sunday River. Beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. There are stairs up and down in the middle of the house so would just have to block those for little ones. Had nice pots/pans. Had coffee filters and spices for coffee and……

“We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!”
