This very nice flat located on the 5th floor with elevator of a calm residence, neatly decorated, consists of a living space of 56 sq. m and includes:
- a nice sunny balcony with a splendid view on the city and the ocean,
- a bright and comfortable living room,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), separated from the living room by a blackout curtain,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open perfectly-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer,
- babycot and high chair (on demand),
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- an access to the residence private parking.
