“perfect saturday”

“We are grandparents in our 80’s celebrating boy and girl 19 year old twins’ birthday. The house was Perfect for our needs. The game room was a big hit ! Tania was helpful with suggestions for activities and places to eat and especially prompt in responding to questions. We want to return next winter ! We all recommend staying at this inviting home away from home.”

“My family and I were amazed by this place. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and just a fantastic location. Everyone loved it, from my kids to my wife, and we are now planning to return. “We had a couple different families all together and this place was more than enough to accommodate all our people and their needs. Michael was very kind and helpful. Plus this home is walking distance from the event center which we attended, and from a trail which we explored. Would stay here again if we come back to Big Bear.”

“Nice and good place ”

“Chose this rental to visit family 2 min away. Home was everything we hoped for and more. Home was pet friendly and had an enclosed yard. Appreciated the little accomodations throughout the home (e.g. well-stocked kitchen, cellphone charging station, good Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, tons of extra pillows and blankets sealed in plastic). Will definetely stay again in the future.”

“Its a old house. It looks newer in picture. It is close to other homes. We didn't like the fireplace as it didn't have a safety glass. We had to pick up the key far from where the house is located which was out of our way. We had to backtrack. Very inconvenient.”

“The host never contacted us with check in information. I contacted them on the app, and followed up with phone calls which went to voicemail. While on the mountain, my wife went by the place to see if there were any directions. The place looked empty from the outside but the trash was full and beds weren’t made when peering in the window. It didn’t seem like they were even expecting us. Vrbo called the host with no luck. We’re still waiting on our refund, and had to find a new place for us to……
