“Other than the issue with the upstairs neighbors being unruly, the stay was great. I know that is out of your control until you hear about it. The next night was 95% better, still a little bit from young people, I get it, I was young once. Overall the stay was just what we needed, the location is great also.”

“This a very nice and clean first floor property. A few areas for improvement:1. We had to contact the host for check-in and for instructions on how to enter the apartment after the check-in time. This was promptly done.2. The kitchen is nice but challenging to cook a meal for two: limited pots & pans, frying pans, and serving bowls. Utensils ok. One coffee mug. No toaster. We had to use the oven to toast. This situation could be easily remedied by a trip to Good Will.3. Lamps. All lamps……

“Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Instructions he provided for check in and check out went smooth. Communication was great. Responded quickly to messages sent. There’s a very nice shopping center nearby, Along with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only issue we encountered was a dog in a neighboring unit that woke us up 2 days in a row barking nonstop. We cannot fault the host at all for this. But we can thank and appreciate the timely response when it was……

“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“My wife and I were thrilled with this property! It’s directly across the street from a beach access and yet the street itself is incredibly quiet. Check-in with a breeze and so was checkout. The space was clean and exactly as it looked in the listing. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation.”

“We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.”
