「We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom.」

「Good Sea View. The room is spacious. Tidy and Clean.」

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「Location is a 10* and the property is a 1*. The deferred maintenance and replacement of faulty and inadequate equipment is awful. Broken: Window shades, Door drapes, Electric outlet, Peeling floor, Ceiling light, & Table. Dirty and swelly blankets and furniture.」

「Lovely hotel, did not offer dinner and coffee was only available when the bar was open. The food at the twin towers centre was basic and not good. Great restaurants along the esplanade. The staff were very lovely 」

「服務員非常友善，我們遲了一點時間才Check-in，想不到她還在等我們，還主動up-grade我們的房間，原因是太重的行李，只住一晚就不用走樓梯上去，還友善的講解如何開車到機場，距離機場真的非常近，5分鐘的車程而已。房間內也很整潔，設備也很齊全，想不到會有多士爐，可能是家庭式房間吧。酒店內還有一個小小的泳池，如果是要早機離開的，絕對推薦前一晚選擇在這裡住一晚，最晚的check-in時間是9點，但請先通知酒店服務員。」

「虽然酒店条件一般，但服务很好。晚上一直等到我们入住才下班，热情介绍周边的餐饮饭店情况，当要求订去机场的出租车时，他们主动提出开车送机场，并且不收取费用。点赞！」
