“Very good accomodation, nice hotel”

“We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom.”

“This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to……

“So close to the beach, what a fun kitschy place. Bar was good and busy, music wasn’t too loud in the rooms.”

“Arrived at check in time and couldn't access the property until someone turned up 40 minutes later to unlock the gate. No check in instructions were sent to me. Our room had no bench space and the skirting boards were missing around the floor area where ants were observed entering the room. The bathroom had no shower screen with water going everywhere, no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom and little to no bench space. For the first 2 nights of our stay there was a loud water flowing noise……

“The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly……

“The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal.”

“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……
