“Have stayed the hotel many times for its extreme convenience across the street from the North Terminal at Gatwick. Always a clean room and helpful staff with check in. We ate at the restaurant. fairly price lots of choices the curry was delicious. Great wait staff compliments to the management. Ill be back again thank you. ”

“My third time staying here - not only as its clean, good prices, convenient parking but if you walk down the road theres a two cats that have been there during each stay. Clean room, easy commute to the airport. Good food options. ”

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel ”

“Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.”

“The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.”

“What a lovely gem of a place which was so welcoming and provided simply the best breakfast you could wish for. What with their own chicken eggs, sausages and fresh home baked bread, you can't go wrong! Janet is a lovely lady who likes to make you feel very welcome. I will be re visiting for sure”
