「Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioner. Good enough light」

「Bathtub and toilet are very dirty」

「Very nice hotel. Good staff service and beautiful interior and exterior design & decorations 」

「Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

「We arrived very late, and the clerk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant.」

「Prima」

「clean, breakfast is gorgeous, the restaurant is top」
