“My family and I stayed for a quick trip. The house was easy to find and instructions and communication from the host were awesome. The house was cute and clean, appreciated the additional towels and liked the provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. The would would be great for an extended stay as well, great backyard for kids to play, the extra security of the locking fence and use of the garage were an added bonus.”

“Cute and cozy. My husband and I only stayed one night to watch our daughter compete on her swim team the next day. I gave a 5 stars because I read in a previous post there were no curtains which didn’t give privacy and was pleasantly surprised to see drapes and shades when we arrived. I appreciate the owners quick fix and quick to respond to our questions. It was comforting knowing the owner was available when we needed. The home is just like a small, cute, and quiet cottage. “Centrally located for Fresno A's/Grizzlies games, Fresno St Univ., and National Parks. Nice quiet property. Neighborhood was nice. Family and I felt safe walking around in early evening hours.”

“Property was in a good location for our needs. It was clean and ready early, which was great. It does not have a hot tub that is in the listing - we had 4 teens with us who were all excited about that. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms- the master with a king bed, and 2 rooms with queens. Downstairs there is a full size bed and a leather type futon that lays down to about a full size. There was a twin fold out bed and a queen air mattress in the master closet. We never found the linens for the futon……

“Very nice property in a good neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. One queen bed turned out to be a twin. Pool was advertised but pool access wasn’t allowed. I would return.”

“Loved how spacious living/dining room were and the large table was great. Host was very responsive, home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. It was a huge bonus that we were able to use the garage, which had the washer and dryer.”

“Cute house just like pictures on VRBO! This home was close to EVERYTHING and was so incredibly clean and comfortable that we did not want to leave. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in-no kidding. Slept like a baby. You will not find one speck of dirt in this home…anywhere! Everything is immaculate. I had to bake a wedding cake for my grandsons wedding while there. “Great house for a gathering. Me and my family had a bbq since we were celebrating a graduation. We were able to all stay in a house that was big enough and clean good neighborhood no problems. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have more toilet paper and garbage bags since we did buy some for our stay because there wasn’t enough based on how many people stayed in the house. Besides that great home would book again.”

“The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive.”
