“The Inn on Mount Desert was perfect for our stay in Bar Harbor. The Inn was very beautiful with a beautiful garden and lots of outdoor seating options to enjoy nice weather. The breakfast was fresh and made to order every morning with a variety of options as well as things like breads, bagels, and cereal along with coffee and orange juice. The staff were always willing to help with anything that was needed and provided us with silverware and a bottle opener when we had leftover food. The room……

“Great free breakfast with a couple options. The room was very nice and the property was well-maintained. It was situated just off the main road towards one end of the strip, so you’re away from most of the hustle and bustle and won’t get a lot of noise from outside. That being said, it was only about a 3-5 minute walk to get to the downtown area where all of the action is, so it felt like the perfect in-between.”

“We highly recommend this place if you are traveling with your pup. The staff were super friendly and we were amazed by how much amenities they had prepared (even for pups!) The back yard had plenty of space for dogs to run. The place was clean, cozy and just comfortable. Our dog is usually anxious with new places but he was just making himself at home in this place which was a huge relief! This stay made us absolutely love traveling with our anxious dog even more. “It’s a smallish room, but that’s what we were looking for. This has it all! The room has a smallish bathroom off the corner. Toilet, sink, mirror - it’s all you need. Everything worked as it should. Has air conditioning, but we didn’t use it. Has heat, but we didn’t use it. Has 3 nice windows and blinds. Has a good sized flat TV, but again, we didn’t use it. Coffee maker, coffee and accoutrements, microwave and dresser that has a pull-out workspace. The room even has an old claw foot tub with a……
