「The place is well kept and the staff was really friendly. The price compared to other hotels you could not beat it. They have a great place but need to update things like tv bathroom and doors. It like visiting you grandparents the place is well kept but it’s like traveling back in time. If I need to stay again in Lancaster again I would stay at Bird in hand」

「room very clean, staff very good, awesome breakfast made to order, air condition was not working, they put a fan in that was soso, but we managed by opening windows, other then that it was a great place」

「It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms」
