The space and location were very nice. We had issues with the check in process (the key wasn’t in the designated lock box). After contacting support, we were provided alternate access to the property. Upon entry, the space was as reflected in the photos, however there were a few areas that the housekeeper overlooked (the kitchen countertop wasn’t clean, the window sill had hair and dust, the shower liner was visibly dirty). After bringing this to the host attention, the areas were cleaned up (on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay due to schedule conflict) and a partial credit was applied. Although the building is beautiful, the host should mention in the listing that the pool is out of service for maintenance. We were hoping to assess this amenity but couldn’t. Overall the place is nice and comfortable with just a few service issues that the host tried their best to address.
