“Can’t speak highly enough about the staff, service, room & breakfast.”

“The restaurant was really nice for dinner and the view is great. The carpet in the room had a ton of stains, they never came to service the room. We ordered the room service breakfast and it was terrible. Eggs not cooked, coffee press didn’t have a filter so the coffee granules were in the coffee. One slice of bacon for two people and very expensive.”

“The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things,……

“This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.”

“Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. The grounds are lovely with flowers, fountains trees and lots of places to sit outside. Free coffee and tea available all day. Thames river walks nearby. I’d definitely stay again ”

“Spacious comfortable clean bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Very helpful landlady, accommodating us arriving early and giving us early access to our room. Delicious breakfast - berries, yogurt, muesli and cooked breakfast of your choice. Cooked fresh and just the way we like it. Only downside is that you need to park in the nearby car park (not cheap & designed to catch you out) or on the street.”
