“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes. The food both for breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. Look forward to staying with these guys again in the future”

“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). Also within a stone’s throw of Earl’s Court Road, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Room lighting was just a bit too dim for my……
