“We had a great time at this cabin! My kids (toddlers) loved the porch and backyard. It was located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need for basic meals. Brian also checked in via text and made suggestions for restaurants and activities, which were very helpful. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Hot Springs.”

“My husband and furry child had a much needed quiet time in a beautiful area of Arkansas. The cabin was perfect with a fireplace and swing on the porch. The host a munchie basketball and coffee available. What a treat! Will certainly be returning again. The Hill family from Texas.”

“I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing time at this property! We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The access to the river was so easy and close to the home. In my opinion, this is the best section of the river! We loved the rope swing and the few people floating by in tubes. Very family friendly for children of all ages. We are already planning to come back.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The back porch was the best! The only issue was the shower is not made for tall people. My husband is 6’3” and his head hit the roof of the shower. I am 5’10” and had to bend over to wash my hair. Just a piece of helpful info for the next person renting. The covered back porch and the dock you can fish on made up for it though!”

“We had a great time! The cottage is beautiful, the scenery is fantastic, and Dorothy was kind. The viewing deck overlooking the river is very relaxing. One caution: The walk up from the river is a heart-pumping experience.”

The location, the cleanliness of the property and cabin, and the facilities of the cabin (including deck and pool) make for a most wonderful experience. Only thing was that we needed ice and the ice maker wouldn't work. It was a minor thing but the only thing we would have changed. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed.”
