Breakfast was great and a wide selection to choose from. Our room was ground floor as requested and was nice and warm. Very large bed and whole room and bathroom was excellent. Great value for money and will definitely be back on our next trip to Wigan.」

「This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .」

"Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But they even didn't empty the trash bin and the old towels were still there. "
