“We were scheduled for a three-night stay but could not contact the owner/manager. Tried for quite a while then contacted Vrbo. They were also not able to contact anyone. Got a refund for the stay.”

“Host was easy to communicate with. Perfect for a family. Lots of activities for kids. Unfortunately the Blanco River was dry but the kids had fun playing in the rocks. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own utensils. They have many but they are quiet warn out. I highly recommend this property for a family or large group.”

“We were really looking forward to staying on this property to visit family in the area! We drove five hours from East Texas. Upon arrival, we noticed the fridge (that was supposed to be in our room) was outside soaking wet from the recent rain. Walked inside the room, huge leak from the kitchenette sink. Fridge was needed for my toddlers milk. Sink would not stop leaking (my partner attempted to problem-solve). Took awhile for any kind of resolution from staff. We were told there were no extra……

“Great communication! Room was spacious, clean and plugs EVERYWHERE to charge devices! Beds, pillow and bedding was so comfy even my toddler slept all night! Lol We will definitely come back!”

“Beautiful home, nice and cozy. Very comfortable with great views, quiet and peaceful. Loved seeing wildlife and cows on the property. No hot tub as stated in the listing but not a big deal, just would have been a nice bonus. ”

“Yes hot tub was nice and pool was clean just too cold to swim in this month . Enjoyed the hiking trails on the property and a short drive into Wimberly for some shopping . There’s a HEB in Wimberly too fro your groceries. Eric is the property manager and he is a very nice person! Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity. ”

“Good clean property with good amenities. The only con I would add would be to replace the electronic lock on the front door of the unit. It was a little finicky.”
