“To start we were given the wrong keys so we had to wait to check in for the owner to show up. We get in the apartment, and everything is old. Worn. Mismatched. There was a smell of mold especially in the bathroom. Keys don’t work right in the door; you have to jiggle and play and even then my daughter couldn’t get it to work. Drains in the sinks drain so slow. The listing says laundry and soap provided but the soap was old and clumped together and the dryer didn’t work. The AC in the second……

“Blake and his family were great ”

“The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean!”

“A Perfect Stay at the Waverly Suite #1 on Block Island! We absolutely loved our stay at the Waverly Suite #1. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—the suite was immaculate, and the attention to cleanliness was top-notch. “Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. “Had an excellent stay! The apartment was clean, and had all the necessities. Best location for the price. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Outdoor area is absolutely beautiful.The only thing that would make it better is if it had a portable ac, but the fans worked well. I would absolutely stay here again. The owner was also very responsive. Definitely a great deal!”
