「This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️」

「Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!」

「Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

「We loved our stay in this house on Block Island. It was perfect for our group of 6 (I do think more than that might be cramped). It's a great house, tons of light and great hang-out space upstairs with cozy bedrooms downstairs. We were asked to bring our own towels and sheets a few days before our stay, which came as a surprise so something to be aware of, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay!」

「We stayed there for my daughter’s graduation from URI. There were 10 of us and the place was so spacious and extremely well appointed. Anything you could need was there. The weather wasn’t great, but we had plenty of room inside. Wish we could have used the outdoor space more. The carriage House game room was awesome. 「The host was very nice and all communications were clear and prompt. My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend exploring Narraganset and Block Island. The scenery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and was wonderful to return to after a day of exploring.」

「I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is super fast for my work. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon.」
