“I didn’t realize Hyatt regency in Bloomington charges for their guests parking ! $12/night! Everything else was great (I honestly booked this place because the have a circular selfie mirror in the room )! ”

“Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. Receptionist said yes, and I even saw him wrote down the request. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. Doors are loud when……

“I had stayed in this hotel for than 10 times, it’s located at a very convenient location which is very close to MOA and airport, and except shuttle bus service. ”
