「This is my 3rd time staying here and second time as a family. and every time Ive stayed it has been clean and pleasant. Only a couple run ins with a spider and a wasp. Beyond that we have nothing to complain about and loved the bath!! We will be back again.」

「We had a nice stay in the area, and we were looking for a reasonably priced lodging for the whole family. There are a couple inflatable mattresses included in case additional beds are required. The full kitchen was appreciated, as was the comfortable couch. Solid proximity to other businesses and towns. The property is a little tricky to spot from afar off the side of the road, but it's easy to see once you're near it (Google maps is helpful). Overall, a good stay & I would stay here again!」

「Sharon was the perfect hostess in a perfect little cottage. Fully stocked kitchen, homemade muffins and bowls of candy. Very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. Great fire pit area with wood provided. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! 」

「Great spot, very peaceful setting, all the cooking options you could want. Cleanliness was top notch and the bedding was very comfy. Really enjoyed dinner on the deck then took a stroll around the neighborhood. Great experience would stay here again for sure. 」

「Very nice place to get away and stay! The cabin was very clean and updated. The owners were very clear on door codes and instructions making it very easy to check in and check out. If you are looking for a rustic feeling without sacrificing the reach of technology, then this place is definitely for you!! 」

「We had a family wedding at Pebble Creek Farm, just 6 miles away from The Roost. Ten of us including aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews had plenty of room at the house to get ready for the wedding, and to gather for snacks and games in the kitchen afterwards. Everything was really clean and comfortable. We would love to come back here and stay for a winery weekend! 」

「Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...

「We were an extended family (infants to adults) getting together for a long weekend. The house is exactly as described and as the pictures show. The absolute best VRBO home we have ever stayed in! The house includes everything you may ever need and would have to go buy at other rentals. The space was ample and we were all able to sleep comfortably in a bed or a rollaway bed provided. There are plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. We spent so much time outside in the back yard...
