“The hotel is beautiful - very new and clean. The pools are very nice and the views of Kotor Bay are spectacular. The beach area is nice though a bit rocky with pebbles. The main downside of this hotel is the road leading to Kotor’s old town - It’s so narrow with no shoulder or curb on the water side and no place for pedestrians. We sometimes had to back up to let another car go by. Until this road is fixed and made safer and more drivable, I suggest the hotel offer a regular ferry service from……

Manager was very rude when I told him I was not aware of how to use the air con unit. The restaurant within the hotel, Lola Braza was poor, it lacked atmosphere and the food was tasteless, my mums steak was tiny and very overcooked, it cost nearly 30 euros! ”

Clean, spacious and elegant.we had a few niggles, no hairdryer, TV remote control not working, and the staff seemed artificially polite rather than genuinely friendly. “With only nine bedrooms there was a peaceful and relaxing vibe, especially on the rooftop pool terrace. We often had it to ourselves - more loungers would be a good idea for busier times. Breakfast served by the sea was of a high quality and we also had dinner there one evening which we enjoyed. The receptionist was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well as helping us book a taxi to Dubrovnik. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. ”
