"Lovely hotel, few things that were a bit annoying, the shower quite hard to work, the pool didn't have enough umbrellas for shade and the pool bar also took it upon themselves to add 20% tip automatically for everything which was very cheeky. The menu was all alcohol too, needed more coffee/Matcha options! There was complimentary coffee in the morning but we always had to wait for it to be refilled and had to ask for milk which could have been better organised."

"Didn’t clean room after requesting multiple times, didn’t accommodate late check out despite us spending +14 days with them. Other 1hotels are much higher standard."

"The suite was beautiful everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a really cool place to stay. Wish the breakfast had a few more options though and I don’t think oatmeal should cost 24 dollars."
