「Clean, simple room with all the needed amenities.」

「Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors...

「The picture insinuates that you are on the beach. You are not even within walking distance. Marketing is a scam!」

「Loved staying here! Was a mess than 10 min walk from public beach access, hot and fresh breakfast with multiple options, and plenty of closet space! Room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Kitchenette came with dish soap, dish washer tablet and a scrub mommy sponge along with dishes and cook wear. Cute outdoor sitting space in the front with TVs and grills. Dog friendly also!」

「The place was great, had a good time. Food is horse dung and expensive. I recommend bringing your own food and drinks. Beach was well maintained. Would come back.」

「Clean room 」

「I went to check in and the place was filthy but we needed a place to stay for the night. We checked in, got our keys, then headed to the room while others were hanging in the hallways and partying there and in there rooms. We get to our room and the key wouldn't work. So I go back downstairs to get a new key and the check in desk was closed, with a metal door pulled down. I noticed there was a call phone outside the door to enter the hotel so I used it to call their support and then a lady came...

「This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.」

「This was exactly what we needed a comfy bed and clean room. The staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately we didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. But all in all a nice stay.」

「The home was fully stocked and amendable. Everything we needed for the beach too from towels to chairs. (My daughter’s family stayed in a Condo nearby and they were not as fortunate.) We had shops within a block including a CVS pharmacy and Winn Dixie grocery store. 10/10 Highly recommend! 」
