1. It's stated that there is a gate that you will need to download an app (Next) to allow entry to the property
- We arrived to an open gate, an open garage and an unlocked, unsecured home.
2. It's stated that there are horses and a duck pond on the property.
- An hour before arrival you will get a text that the farm next door is not part of their property. No horses were seen on the property.
3. We were allowed to book this home for 11 people.
- The home in no way can accommodate this many, the listing now states it can hold 7 occupants.
The front of the house is extremely warm, looks like it's an addition to the home and it is not designed to withstand the Texas heat.
The yard was unkempt, there were fallin branches hanging out the the trees, there was a black trash bag full of unknown material laying in the back yard along with piles of left over flooring strips thrown behind the house. This property is not child friendly.
Communication with the property is poor at best, at no time did they try to rectify the situation, they just asked for pictures, which were provided.
Needless to say, after being uncomfortable for about an hour, we decided to cut our losses leave the property and get a hotel in McKinney.
