“Well the people that worked their where very nice.But they ran out of cookies. "which they are famous for "that was disappointing !!And someone used our room to go to the bathroom !!how disgusting !!We knew it wasn't me or my husband because .Well we left to check out the water and and where gone about 45 minutes came back to our room and there was a bunch of toilet paper in the toilet!!When we went to our room on check out day the housecleaner was walking into our room to clean it i guess for……

“The toilet seat was peeling, the light in the bathroom flickered, the plate of the iron had melted debris on it, the refrigerator did not work even after the staff came to look at it, the carpeting was stained. The table at breakfast was dirty, and the floor was sticky in the dining room.”

“The toilet ran continuously because the flushing mechanism was not repaired properly.”

“The Hotel overall was fine. My specific room was pretty good but the carpet is old and decently gross. The view was - none ! You got to look at another part of the building... :( Its like putting a giant blank billboard in front of your window at home. There was zero coffee available for breakfast in the morning. :(”

“Staff very nice but owner needs to invest in that excercise room n that pool. Plus fixing whats broken n a nice paint job for appearance 😒. Water in pool was very cold n dirty floor in pool. Spend 2 nights n very disappointed that I needed to excercise due to having RA in that pool. But couldn't n 2 or 3 pieces of excercise equipment is sad for being a.nice hotel. Breakfast nice n staff could've had the keys to turn heat in pool n better equipment to clean bottom”

“Room was large and decorated nice. Bathroom not do much. Small, cracked sink , bathtub dingy and hard to get in the tub being so high.”

“Not a good stay this year. You can see they're cutting corners but charging the same plus. Pool not open, they're blaming it on the state. Not buying it. Advertise Nespresso makers in the rooms, not anymore!! No contenental breakfast snacks at all, just coffee & tea! Housekeeping was lacking also. Unfortunately I will not be back. Blue Water Inn much better 👍”
