“Parking good/ no laundry facilities for guests”

“Front desk guy was super rude, disrespectful and gross. We rented a room for 6 max capacity (suite) and he was only letting 2 stay and making us pay for the extra 4 people, completely ignoring the fact we booked a room for 6 max capacity. We tried every possible way to fix the situation, but he only showed a bad attitude and gave us the worst treatment we have ever received! Neither we nor our family and friends will ever rent here again! Avoid the bad experience and don’t go here! DO NOT……

“Quaint little resort within walking distance to a few restaurants and a CVS with packaged donuts, danishes and coffee for breakfast. Gulf of America beachfront access with lounge chairs and a dock. I don’t recommend a boat bigger than 20’, it’s a tight turn to back down the sand ramp and there’s no electricity or water on the dock to rinse your boat or to flush the engine. We were wishing the was a pool, but otherwise, the cottages were very nice with full size appliances and tall ceilings. ”

“Key West和Miami之间不错的一个落脚点。酒店房间不是很大，但是够用了，每个房间一个停车位，非常规范，室外泳池较小，但是适合下海， 岸边水很浅，有很多鱼，适合浮潜！酒店附设一个可以吃饭的酒吧，晚上可以看体育频道。缺点就是附近没有别的饭馆，早饭比较简单。”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience regarding a fish I ate at the restaurant on property. It was spoiled and I ended up having to go to a nearby hospital due to the terrible spoiling effects of the food.”

“This is a pretty property that is near the water and several restaurants. Our room was overlooking the boat ramp, which we weren't expecting and someone was cleaning their boat right below us for several hours. For some reason they have speakers all around the property that were planning music until sunset, even though not many people were around and there are rooms right there. If you like music, you'll probably like it, if you want quiet, perhaps not. The staff were nice. The breakfast pretty……

“If this place was renovated or updated it would be really nice. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioning had a loud whistling sound. The staff were really nice about the change which we appreciated. There were a lot of mosquitos around the property. The nearby water is pretty and we saw a gorgeous sunset. You probably wouldn't want to go swimming though because the water is filled with seaweed. It's more of a sit by the pool and water place, not really a beach go in the water place.……

“The property was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The lagoon with the two docks were our favorite. We spent most of our time in the lagoon and pool. Our only complaint is the lack of lounge chairs and garbage cans. Still a five stat review ”
