It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.」

「We had to walk up a grassy hill from the driveway that was difficult for me as an 85 yr old woman. The apt. is under the owner,s house and we could here a dog running around and a child crying and running. 」

「Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. The first thing we saw in the bedroom was a spider web and a spider. We used the vacuum cleaner to rid that issue! The place is nice and clean. It could use some touch up paint on certain areas. Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail. The owner responds immediately to any questions.
