The microwave rotating glass plate wouldn’t stay in place so you couldn’t use it. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and we had ice packs we wanted to refreeze”

“We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk……
