"I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service. Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. "The room was beautiful. I love the ceiling. I was in the carnation room. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, so quick and efficient and sooo polite and friendly. I would stay there just so I can see her again. The gentleman at the front door was so helpful getting us a taxi and directions to a good spot for food and also helped with our luggage. Mind you he didn’t have too and he still did. As well as greeting you with a warm welcome every time we saw him. The breakfast was really good at the hotel. I was sad I didn’t get to go more than twice, because it was better than the restaurants we tried around town. It was peaceful and the price was good too. Plus it’s close to everything for example Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Brooklyn Supermarket. if you like to walk like me and my husband. We’ll definitely be going back"

However, the professionalism of the property manager and their team made it nearly unnoticeable.
