「The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.」

「Restaurant/room service is below average and charging you on the high end US prices level.」

「Our stay at the hotel was great!」

「What did you like or what was unique about the property? The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit. What didn’t you like? The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. 「Good food, staff were friendly. Had a quiet, comfortable stay. Very good location for easy access to many places.」

「The outside gate need a buzzer」

「Beautiful landscaping with a nice size swimming pool. There is a shopping mall close by where you can get just about any and everything you need. Other attraction is within close proximity as well.」

「The stay wasn’t what we booked , on the day we were told that we got an upgrade but it was a downgrade . The room given was nothing like what was advertised」

「Spent $508 usd for 3 nights had no wifi the entire trip, tv wasn’t working and water Leak in the room. When address to the manager he turned around and gave my family member a discount instead of me when the room was booked under my name and credit card. Highly disappointed」

「The rooms are clean and properly maintained and the on property staff is very helpful & friendly. It’s perfect for solo travelers in the corporate and entrepreneurial field.」

「Good value for money and clean room. Nice view from window. However there is not really a hotel atmosphere in terms of a front desk who you can talk to. If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers」
