Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools.
The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

「We had a great stay!! The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. They also, left some snacks and wine for our Anniversary which was very nice. It’s also very easy access to the beach and the Bay area is just beautiful and peaceful. A great location to the restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place for future visits!」

「Being located in a small cul-de-sac neighborhood made this a lovely, quiet place to stay for a few days while still being close to all the charms of Matlacha & beyond. The pool was a wonderful and refreshing addition during the hot days we were there. It's quite small, so we were thankful there weren't many other guests during our stay, and we almost had it to ourselves. The condo was cute, cozy, and very clean. While we didn't have an operable coffee maker that first morning, the Property...

「More communication up front around check-in and expectations. The location was nice to the town and on the water. The shower would leave a puddle every time and it took a towel to clean it up for each shower.」
