"Would definitely go again but would avoid the ground floor 1 bed lodges due to noise from the accommodation above. Bathrooms require a privacy blind, especially at night."

"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"Good location, quiet, no disruptions during the night, plenty of room space, room was clean, tv worked, check in and check out was easy enough. Clean towels and bedding was provided. Kettle / cups / tea bags etc. Bed was uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress or mattress topper as i was aching the morning after. And windows needed a clean outside. Parking was also a struggle."

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
