A pleasant stay
Access was easy. Off road parking is available and very welcome. The property is spacious, light and airy. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Surprisingly quiet at night, yet close to sea front. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Location was within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. It was a nice place to come home to each day compared to a hotel. Cosy and comfortable.
We never used any of the appliances, eating out every day.
We were surprised that there were no brochures/pamphletes of places to see in Bognor plus no extra toilet rolls/paper towel. Also no instructions for the T.V. Finally we got help from The Office, Molly, who sent Miles who helped us greatly and then able to use T.V.
Also the door lock to the apartment was very loose.
Carpet in living room was badly stained.

Good some aspects poor aspects
This is the second year we stayed at this property the carpets need a good clean same as last year The bedside cabinet fell to pieces the television was a problem to work need some instructions phoned the host who did send a maintenance man out the next day all sorted
