"The place was very convenient to visit the south coast of West Sussex. We really enjoyed staying there since the place was clean, charming & very well organized for our family. We had everything needed to feel like we were home.
This is a very beautiful Cottage and we were lucky to stay there."

"If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay.
Highly recommended
Cheers Trevor and Paula"

"Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop."

"Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table)."

"Mayaro cottage was a delightful escape for us in between moving houses. It was beautifully dressed for Xmas, spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need. Alexia & Richard were great hosts… couldnt have asked for more!"

"We had a lovely few days at The Boat House. Interesting, well converted property that was well equipped with beautiful views across the fields (deer occasionally wandered through). Very quiet and peaceful in the charming village of Itchenor -ideal for coastal walks locally or to other interesting places -The Witterings, Chichester etc. Buddy, our cockapoo enjoyed his stay too!
Would definitely stay again"

"We had a great stay at Wickland Cottage. The location was spot on and off street parking was a real bonus. The cottage is well kept with comfortable beds and a good shower. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided. Chichester is a lovely city with lots to do in the area. It is also well served by public transport."

"Nice bungalow in a great location. Very quiet and close to amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Could benefit from some blackout curtains in the twin bedded room. Some cleaning materials would be useful."

"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming.
Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. Slightly dated, it is a charity which explains the decor and layout. No bar at the weekend, no swimming pool at the weekend. Good location, would stay again now I...

"We arrived at 2pm but found check in from 4pm, however staff on reception gave us labels to ID our bags and took them into the back office.
I asked which items on the menu were Dairy Free and same member of staff went to see the chef. He returned with notations of which items suitable and which could be adapted.
I chose Hake and chips and a large portion arrived with peas and DF tartare sauce.
Our room was ready soon after we finished our meal and the Manager helped us take our luggage to our room.
We attended a party nearby and when we returned we each had a snack. Husband enjoyed spicy chicken and I had hummus which was beautifully presented with a chopped sauce of peppers and pomegranate seeds together with warm bread.
We chose the full English breakfast which was not included in our booking and they were delicious and huge. The following morning I requested a the same breakfast and husband had a large portion of scrambled egg on toast.
Staff members were excellent checking allergy contents and even offered oat milk although I had asked for black tea.
The bar and hotel are Victorian in origin and well restored with a modern twist.
Our room was basic but the large bed was clean and very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge walk in shower."
"Rooms a little tired, great location. Bar was great as was the check in and out team. One big downside was breakfast. Quality is very low no fresh mushrooms or tomatoes, eggs not great and the veggie option sausages were frozen when delivered though the veggie bacon was good."
"Excellent resort, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment, very spacious, well equipped and on the ground floor we benenfitted from sliding doors and some outdoor space. We are at the restaurant on three occasions, afternoon tea, which was excellent, evening meal, which was delicious, and breakfast. The latter was buffet style, reasonable choice, have had better but it was by no means bad, though the bar was set pretty high with the other meals. The pool and sauna were excellent, the gym was huge, would highly recommend"
