“地址容易混淆，street 同road ,好兩個地方距離近,地點要上十多卄樓梯，行李大件就會不方便了，房間景觀外望寬闊逺無遮攔，地方設施維護不錯，只是三人房的沐浴間較出入狹窄不便。”

“Great property, staff and location”

“Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,……

“The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed ”

“Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location.”

“We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it.”

“The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.”
