「Everything was great, one thing that would be nice : Toiletries- tooth brush and a small tooth paste. I am very accustomed to having all the necessities in Europe and in Asia, and it’s a common expectation in many countries as well, but such a small, but nonetheless very important items would be a huge boost to “client satisfaction” - a disposable “toothpaste and a toothbrush” - especially when quite often people forget this very important items.」

「Was disappointed when we discovered our reservation did NOT include breakfast, was almost positive I read that it was when booking. Did not expect to pay $20 per vehicle for parking and definitely didn't like that they run your card for $50 of incidentals instead of just placing a hold. The property is also located on a busy main road that was loud during high traffic times. Would recommend they use an upgraded toilet paper as it was not soft at all. The pillows look comfy but almost flatten...

「This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...
