“The rooms definitely do not look as nice as pictured. The hotel is on the run down side but it served it's purpose. The bed was comfortable enough, the shuttle to the airport was fantastic even though the hotel is within walking distance and the staff was very nice and helpful.”

“This was a nice hotel perfectly located in downtown Boise (e.g., close to businesses, great restaurants, and the Saturday market on 8th or 9th street). It is close to the Boise airport (10 minutes) and had easy self-park. The room was clean, staff were nice and very helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The refrigerator was nice as well as the Keurig coffee maker. The water bottle refill was also nice! Any downsides are just being picky: 1. The bathroom shower is very European stye in that……

“Good location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice and easy to find. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very nice. Not much to do nearby so a rental car or Uber is needed.”

“Hotel was clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great! Walking distance to a mall, Target, iHop, and many stores. Draw backs were that they are rennivating some rooms so there are a lot of maintenance guys walking around.”

“Small but absolutely beautiful room downtown with classic decor that made it feel like a guest room in an estate rather than a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived after valet service had closed, but they took care of the car anyway. Walkable to food and shopping.”
