“Perfect little place -- well equipped with laundry, dish soap, dishes, Keurig with pods, etc. Excellent communication from Eric, too. I recommend this place and hope to stay again when I need to return to Boone.”

“Very clean, quaint, well supplied and furnished studio. Perfect touch of Fall decor made for a homey stay. We rode the Raccoon River and High Trestle bike trails and they were able to provide a secure spot for our e-bikes. If you like to golf, looked like a nice 27 hole course. “The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in……

“Nice property in a central location. Ryan, our host, was very kind and helpful, he provided our check-in instructions on time and replied very quickly when we needed his help during the stay. Some small improvement can be done to the kitchen to make it even better. I can recommend the property for any traveler coming to Des Moines.”
