"Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Lovely, mostly clean home. Some pet hair problems on chair and main floor rug. Not a surplus of towels. Patio door lock is ineffective. Basement 4th bedroom was misleading. Very hot local temperatures and the thermostat was control set at 77 which was way too warm considering the weather.
