“We were in town for ETSU orientation, and being right across the street was absolutely awesome. The parking and check in process was super easy. There are alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as many others within a 10 minute drive. The apartment has ample sleep space. My few complaints were the upstairs neighbor was stomping awfully hard back and forth literally all day, im not sure if it was on purpose or they were just tryna get their steps in for the day but it was very annoying.……
