The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.”

“Where do I even start…the parking lot was filled with tree service trucks making it hard for anyone to park. Checked into the room and immediately went out not knowing there were roaches in the room! So, by the time I got settled in the front desk was closed so I called the front desk number and notified them about the roaches and was told someone was coming down. A man came down and told me if we see problems like that we have to let them know as soon as we check in keep in mind we checked in……
