Amazing!!

I would definitely recommend this accommodation. 2 minute maximum walk to a bakery. Everything within 10-15 minute walk. Includes all facilities needed. Tram 5 minute walk maximum. Absolutely perfect

Nice apartment, bad communication

This is a nice space and a good sized studio apartment in an excellent location. Everything that you would expect for a self-catered apartment. Good windows and air conditioning. Comfortable space and quiet street. However, we had some issues with communication that would put me off booking through this company again. Our check in experience wasn't positive - we had to have an in-person check in, which seemed unnecessary and could have been done via a key box. The door was tricky to lock so we had to get the check in person to come back and show us how to use this. He didn't speak any English so communication was tricky. The main issue though was that the bed frame broke on our last evening in the apartment (looked like it had been assembled incorrectly with a missing leg) and we were unable to get a response from anyone via the contact details provided. We ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor and have still had no acknowledgement of messages or apology. Information in the guide book was confusing and overly complicated.

Les Suites de Saint Amand - Bordeaux

Parfaitement placer et très confortable

Nous avons passé 2 nuit dans ce logement. Il est très bien équipé, Très bien placé dans Bordeaux. Il y a des places de parking dans la rue facilement Accueil parfait . Rien à redire. Voisin du dessus un peu bruyant à 6h du matin mais sinon séjour au top.

Super séjour comme un bordelais !

J'y étais pendant 10 jours... et je me suis senti chez moi. Parfait pour travailler ou pour les vacances... Attention juste aux bruits des voisins quand ils partent à 5 heures du matin prendre leur avion...

Appartamento perfetto, in posizione centrale

Abbiamo alloggiato alla suite n° 5, l'unica a cui si accede da un ingresso separato rispetto alle altre quattro. Posizione fantastica, a due passi da Place de la Bourse, dal Grand Theatre e Rue Sainte Catherine. Alloggio in ottime condizioni, cucina con induzione e tutto il necessario, compresi detersivi e saponi per lavaggio delle stoviglie. Arredamento piacevole. Doccia ampia, bagno pulito (unica nota: una crepa nel lavandino di pietra, ma che non ne intacca il funzionamento). Pavimento in parquet ben tenuto (solo due segni di usura). Ottima l'idea di permettere l'utilizzo in condivisione di lavatrice e asciugatrice (viene fornito anche il detersivo). Solo due appunti su cose non chiarissime al momento dell'affitto (perlomeno, non lo erano a me): 1) L'affitto prevede un deposito di 500€ dalla carta di credito da eseguire prima del vostro arrivo su un sito esterno (swikly) perché Booking non può gestire gli acconti (era la prima volta che mi capitava e all'inizio ero dubbioso sull'inserimento dei miei dati. Entro 7 giorni dall'ultima notte di affitto i soldi che vengono bloccati come deposit dovrebbero essere sbloccati. Questa cosa in effetti era scritta da qualche parte prima della prenotazione, anche se non in estrema evidenza. Comunque non ci sono stati problemi. Aggiornerò la recensione se ce ne saranno, altrimenti il mio parere è positivo. 2) L'affitto prevede anche 49€ di spese per il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Questo pagamento viene fatto successivamente alla prenotazione e, onestamente, non ne avevo letto da nessuna parte prima di prenotare, sebbene altre recensioni ne parlassero. Ecco, in caso di soggiorni brevi consiglio di chiedere di non avere queste spese (noi abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e, dunque, il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani non era necessario.

cheat on booking

the apartment was different from the one in the photo when booking information about an additional fee of 49 euros for cleaning was sent after booking however it was not very clean there was no washing machine in the apartment itself Internet didn’t work very well

Perfect location, wonderfully supportive communication with the host

We had a lot of troubles traveling from Paris to Bordeaux because of strikes and ended up coming hours later than planned. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was set up perfectly despite us being very late. The apartment is in a wonderful location, great starting point to explore Bordeaux and especially for going out in the evenings. Everything was clean and spotless.

joli studio

très bien placé bon en confort pas de problème à trouver très arrangeant pour récupération des clés et dépôt en partant pas bruyant ménage à prendre c bien par contre la femme de ménage pas au top on passes pas l'aspiro sous le lit c vrai qu'il est grand (j 'ai fais tombé ma barrette dessous houa!!!!) mais bon on est en vacance non! merci de son accueil à notre contact Karine super

Le logement est très bien situé . L Acceuil et la sortie se sont très bien passés . Bien équipé -propre Un peu sombre car il est en face d autres immeubles Axe d amélioration : l’occultation dés rideaux est à revoir Je recommande et je pourrais même y revenir

Les Suites #05 - Bordeaux

L'appartement est très bien situé, très confortable, très bien équipé et très propre. Il manque un peu de luminosité mais ce n'est pas très grave puisqu'on y reste pas pendant la journée. Le système de réservation n'est en revanche pas très convivial : on reçoit systématiquement plusieurs messages d'affilés (sans information complémentaire) et j'ai eu du mal à obtenir les coordonnées de la concierge avant l'arrivée, ce qui m'a quelque peu inquiété car je souhaitais la prévenir de mon arrivée tardive. Les liens hypertexte du guide dématérialisé ne fonctionnaient pas. Bref, la dématérialisation, c'est bien, mais c'est parfois plus rassurant d'avoir un être humain au bout du fil... D'ailleurs, le contact avec la concierge (une fois établi) ont été très bons !

Fraude!!!

Nadie recibe personalmente ni en el check-in ni en el check out. Y cargan el depósito por daños causados por clientes anteriores y falta de mantenimiento. Un verdadero fraude!
